Chicken Wings with Creamy Chorizo Sauce 


  • 600g chicken strips
  • 150g chorizo
  • 200ml fresh cream
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)


  1. Peel and finely mince the onion and garlic.
  2. Dice the chorizo into small pieces.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until they become translucent.
  4. Add the chorizo to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until it becomes slightly crispy.
  5. Add the chicken strips to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, until they are golden and cooked through.
  6. Lower the heat and stir in the fresh cream, ensuring the chicken and chorizo are well-coated.
  7. Let the mixture simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes, until the sauce reaches a creamy consistency.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve immediately, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
