Head of shredded cabbage
4 small cucumbers
2 green pepper(I leave these out because I don’t care for them)
1 large red onion
1 bunch radish
1/2 bunch celery
1 Cup oil
1/2 cup warm water
1 1/2 cup white vinegar
10-12 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
Slice all veggies and place in large bowl.In second bowl mix warm water,sugar,salt and stir until dissolved. Add the vinegar and oil and mix well. Pour mixture over vegetables and mix thoroughly,pack into jars tightly,pour any left over liquid equally into jars. Refrigerate until ready to eat. Will last several weeks in the refrigerator.
