Moreover, this tasty meal is easy to throw together without much notice making it perfect for a busy dinner.Ingredients 1 stick butter 1 small cabbage head, chopped 1 small onion, chopped 1green pepper, chopped 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into round pieces 15 oz can(s) diced tomatoes with juice 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

Cook sausage in large skillet until hot. Remove from pan and set aside. Melt butter in the same large skillet. Add cabbage, onion, and green pepper. Cook on medium high for about 5 minutes stirring to keep it from sticking to the pan, Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and cooked sausage, cover and simmer for 20 – 25 minutes.
